1. Get Planium premium plastic card from the Developer.
2. Visit our web site, log in, activate your card by the number specified on it and enter My Account (If you have any difficulties, contact our manager by phone number +7-965-0008840).
3. Have a look at ready-made interior solutions developed by our designers. (Maybe you will see the apartment of your dreams).
4. Examine the Catalog with the offered selection of furniture, bathroom fixtures, lighting units, finishing materials and other interior items. (We do not hesitate that you will be able to find products that suit your taste and have an affordable price).
5. Choose interior items that you like and place your order in My Orders section.
After the order has been sent from the web site (by pressing SEND ORDER button), within a week you will receive a letter to your email with indicated terms of order delivery and total cost of the ordered products, including delivery cost and cost of customs clearance in Saint Petersburg. (If you haven't received a letter within the specified term, call our manager by phone number +7-965-0008840).
Second stage (your dream comes true):
1. Confirm the order that you have obtained in the letter (by clicking Confirm). (Within 30 hours you will receive an Invoice for your order to your email).
2. Perform advance payment (50% of Invoice total). To perform payment, you can use the electronic payment service on our web site or phone our manager by phone number +7-965-0008840 or by email info@planium.ru.
3. Track your order implementation status in My Orders section of My Account.
4. Pay the remaining amount of invoice total (50%) after obtaining a letter with notification informing that your order has been delivered to Saint Petersburg. (After you have paid for the order, you will receive a letter confirming the payment to your email. The letter also contains instructions on receipt of the ordered products).
5. Receive the order at our warehouse or ask for delivery to your address.
