Components of interior solutions

1) Carpet is one of the oldest inventions for decoration and warmth-keeping of any home: from a tent of nomadic tribe to a luxurious Baroque-style palace. Nowadays carpet symbolizes comfort and warmth. An original recognizable carpet is a compulsory component of a comfortable well-designed interior, which allows to create a special indoor atmosphere. If you use it, you will have warm floors, comfort as well as bright and stylish interior design. An oval or rectangular tufted carpet can become the necessary decorative component in general design which will join together the whole interior composition of a room due to its fresh and ingenuous style.

We offer original carpets from wool and acryl which are comfortable to sit on, lie and pleasant to walk on. Colored and single-toned, with a wide variety of shapes and design, tufted carpets provide a splendid opportunity to create a joyous and friendly home interior.

The main material needed for each textile product is natural or artificial fiber.

Natural fibers are classified into the following groups:

  • Plant materials (linen, cotton, jute, hemp, sisal),
  • animal materials (wool and silk).

Artificial materials can be based on plant (viscose, rubber) or mineral products; they can also be synthetic (polypropylene, polyester, polyacryl, polyamide).

Each material used for manufacturing of carpet fleece has its advantages and disadvantages. Selection of a certain type depends on where the carpet will be used.

Sheep wool

is the most traditional fiber for manufacturing of carpets. Wool yarn consists of separate pieces of wool spun into a continuous thread. Carpet quality depends not only on wool type, but on spinning method as well. Low-quality wool yarn is clipped off easily, and the hull fiber of such carpet can be detached during the whole lifetime. The fleece is impregnated with special dirt-resistant, antistatic and moth-proof impregnating substances.

Features of a sheep wool carpet:

  • strength and flexibility,
  • fleece elasticity,
  • low thermal conductivity,
  • high fire resistance indices,
  • mainly natural and soothing colors.

Polypropylene

is a modern inexpensive artificial material (consisting of carbon and hydrogene).  Polypropylene-based carpets can be used in premises with high traffic flow.

Features of polypropylene-based carpets:

  • color fastness,
  • good stain resistance,
  • good resistance to water-based substances (wine, lemonade).

Manufacturing technology for threads of this material allows to create absolutely smooth and continuous threads, which is impossible for natural materials and acryl. Therefore dirt does not penetrate the thread structure. If you use necessary types of cleaning, you will be able to keep the original appearance of surface during the whole lifetime.

Polyamide (nylon)

Polyamide fiber mostly used for manufacturing of industrial carpets is the most expensive synthetic material.

Features of polyamide-based carpets:

  • flexibility,
  • durability,
  • antistatic properties,
  • wide variety of colors and textures.

Polyamide can be used both in pure form and as an additive to other materials such as wool or polypropylene.

Polyester (polyester fiber)

By its properties it is maximally close to nylon, but is less expensive during manufacturing. Depending on additives, polyester can be glossy or mat. A wide variety of polyester yarn textures allows to create new textures of long-fleece carpets. Due to latest fiber processing technologies, polyester fleece will be easily cleaned.

Acryl

has many properties of wool. Acryl is a soft and flexible material, similar to wool to the touch. It has a medium abrasion resistance. The advantage of acrylic carpets in comparison with wool carpets is their low allergic level with the same thermal conductivity as that of wool.

Cotton

has a limited application range. Its properties can be used, for instance, for bathroom mats for which softness and a high hygroscopic level (water absorption) are very important Cotton is more widely used in handmade carpets, in carpet backing and in mixed fleece.

Viscose

or artificial silk is manufactured from soft-type wood. Chemical composition of cotton and viscose is identical, but viscose molecules are shorter (at operation period start hull fiber is detached). Therefore, properties of viscose are similar to those of cotton. Viscose carpets look excellent, they are similar to silk carpets, but cost a way less. Carpet fleece can be completely made of viscose, but it can entwine by pattern on background of wool or synthetic materials.

2)Plaster decoration (polyurethane plaster) is light, easy to transport and store, ideally suits indoor installation, it does not fracture or deform over time, there is no smell, polyurethane plaster is an environmentally friendly product.

Its distinctive property is quality identical to European standards.

Polyurethane plaster has a long lifetime, it will serve you a lot, it will not crumble or change its color over time, it can be easily repainted.

Polyurethane plaster can be sawed up and processed with abrasive materials, you can easily drive nails into it without fearing of shearing or fractures. Another advantage of polyurethane plaster is its moisture resistance, so it can be used as paneling in bathrooms. A wide variety of polyurethane plaster profile configurations comply with the highest requirements of interior design. Polyurethane plaster decorations are light and easy to install, so any adhesive compounds for these materials can be used.
